Time for the annual LBS shop deck & this year we decided to team up with local photographer Louis T. of Independent Street for the design. Lou has been taking photos of our team right from the start & one of our favorites of his made it onto the deck (along with his great logo). LBS family member, Chad Turner of NYverland, helped to get the deck looking exactly the way we had envisioned.
We kept it to the Pine Tree State and went back to National Wood Products of Maine in Oxford for the decks. There's something great about being able to hop in the car and head to the hills to pick up the decks and bring them home, all in a morning's work.
It was pretty short notice, so thanks to everyone in the who made it out to the deck release/mini ramp session at the end of July.We had just returned from Agenda Trade Show in NYC the night before, drove up to Oxford early that morning and unveiled it that night surrounded by LBS family, food on the grill and drinks in hand to toast another great summer of skating.
These are a one time printing and we're going through them at a good pace - be sure to stop by to see them and grab one in your size (available in 7.75, 8, 8.25, 8.5, 8.6).
Thanks to everyone involved, all of our customers and the great state of Maine's skate scene for making it possible! - S&T
